Featuring four 10/100/1000 switched RJ-45 uplink ports including 2 shared mini-GBIC ports SRW224G4 delivers up to 12.8 Gbps non-blocking switching capacity. Secured user control is provided via 802.1x security using a RADIUS authentication mechanism and MAC filtering. With four priority queues and Weighted Round Robin and Strict Priority scheduling techniques facilitates efficient co-existence of real-time traffic like voice and video with data traffic allowing them each to meet their QoS needs. Link aggregation allows multiple high-bandwidth trunks between switches to be setup and this enables the system to operate even if one of the links breaks.
