36x48 Large WhiteDome Softbox w/White Translucent Fabric

The Large WhiteDome Softbox with it's translucent white fabric is unique to Photoflex. Similar to a lantern, the WhiteDome is a good choice for hanging above a set. It will give you an omnidirectional lantern-like effect. The fabric in the Large size is rated to 3,000 Watts, and can be used with flash up to any Watt/second output. When comparing to smaller softboxes, the Large size will give you a light quality which is softer with a smother, slower gradation from highlight to shadow areas. The 36x48 size can be taken on location easily, and is ideal for Large interior high-key lighting. This softbox is perfect for full length work and will be softest when placed as close as possible to the subject, just outside the frame line. The front face of the WhiteDome is sewn in place, making setup time fast. All that is required is the insertion of the poles in your speed ring and you are done. Direction of your light can be controled by adding skirt-like attachments (via Velcro tabs), to the sides of the softbox that you would like to flag.
