The IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet operates on all 10/100/1000 ports enabling IP phones or cameras to be installed without the need for extra power cables. This 10/100/1000 workgroup edge switch is designed to provide a flexible management architecture including clustering but with the added benefit of PoE. It is capable of reaching up to 48Gbps with a non-blocking single chip switching architecture.
