All Print Servers can be configured from a central remote site. TallyCom Plus products support self-configuration protocols on a TCP/IP network. The Print Servers find an Internet Protocol (IP) address on power up making installation even simpler. One of the many unique features is the e-mail function. In the case of a printer error, such as no paper , TallyCom Plus sends an error report to a chosen e-mail address. This alerts the user, thus minimizing printing downtime. These hardware solutions support most Ethernet platforms. They work concurrently in multiple-host environments, reducing hardware costs.
